Jewel BEM Hunter Lime and Hyper Doll are both magical-girl type series with an emphasis on hilariousness and wacky tongue in cheek random humor. Granted, Hyper Doll is a bit more generic feeling, but both were surprisingly good as far as these types of OVAs go, and definitely had a similar feeling. I am almost certain if you like one, you'd like the other.
Makenko used to be a normal boy -- until he was kidnapped by the brain monster Dr. Mud and transformed into a cyborg capable of destroying both the monster and human worlds! On his quest for vengeance, he is inadvertently joined by Makendo, a fellow monster hunter who would prefer not to be, and her little sister Hikari who would like nothing better! Dastardly demons and wacky monsters abound as the trio fight the bad guys to kick some monster butt, and get Makenko's body back!

While Hyper Doll and Don't Lose Makendo might start off seeming totally generic, they end up being quite funny with large, goofy monsters and hijinks. Watch it for the similar tone and feel, and I think you'll enjoy it ^_^

The WWWA, or 3WA as it is affectionately known, is dedicated to one thing: The prosperity and well being of all the peoples of the Galactic League. The Dirty Pair are Kei and Yuri, the 3WA's top crime division female operatives with a 100% clean-up rate. The problem lies in the extreme collateral damage they cause to people and property in the single minded pursuit of their duty; including, if absolutely necessary, the wholesale destruction of cities, continents and even planets! No-one is safe, whether it be criminals, rogue robots, crazed computers and more likely, innocent bystanders!
Both classic series involve a pair of girls saving the world from potential destruction, even though most of the time they don't seem to get along as they are constantly bickering at each other, and are always trying to outdo the other in various feats. However despite the bickering they do function well as a team and always get the job done, most of the time with relative ease. If you like cute girls that figh evil and each other, both shows are great watches.
