The kingdom of CooKingdom is a place responsible to all the cuisine in multiple world. However the kingdom's precious treasure, the Recipe-Bons are stolen by a bunch of phantom thieves named the "Phantom Bundle Gang" whose aim is to monopolize every cooking of the world for themselves by capturing the Cooking Fairy ReciPipi. As a result, three Energy Fairies from the kingdom were sent to the human world in the town of Oishiina Town, who one of them met a 13-year-old Yui Nagomi and her friends, Kokone Fuwa and Ran Hanamichi to become Pretty Cures in order to bring the Recipe-bons back where they belong.

The girls who had formerly lost their powers and bade farewell to their friends Coco and Nuts from Palmier Kingdom are resurrected as Pretty Cure by the mysterious woman Flora who also wants them to find her in a place called Cure Rosegarden. To go there, they need the magic Rose Pact and the powers of the four kings of countries surrounding Palmier. But a dark organization called Eternal is also striving to get to Cure Rosegarden by stealing the Rose Pact. Luckily, Precure get helped by new allies: the delivery-boy Syrup who can change into a giant bird and fly them anywhere they want and the mysterious and beautiful fighter Milky Rose stand alongside Pretty Cure to protect what is really valuable.

The Dark Lord has fallen and all the worlds are safe from evil. That is, until the Queen of the Garden of Light loses her memory and turns into a little girl named Hikari. The duo must search for the twelve ‘Heartiel’ fairies that make up the Queen’s memories and abilities while trying to keep the minions of the Dark Zone at bay. All in a day’s work for the legendary warriors, Pretty Cure!

But one day, Momoko and her friends are attacked by a mysterious man called Pluie who attempts to steal Momoko's ring, a gift from her mother. Another strange man named Limone intervenes, giving Momoko a magical item known as the 'Saint Miroir'. Using this, Momoko is granted the power to transform into the angel of love - Wedding Peach! With Pluie and his minions attempting to destroy all the love in the world, Momoko frequently has to call upon her powers to save the day. Suddenly, her life isn't so normal anymore!

Manatsu and her fellow Pretty Cures fight against the servants of the Witch of Delays, who stole the motivation power from Laura's Mermaid Kingdom and are now trying to steal it from the human world.

The secret world "Healing Garden" has been healing the Earth. One day, Villains called "Byogens" attack Healing Garden with the goal to destroy Earth, which is now in big trouble! In order to save Earth, three "Earth doctor trainee" Healing Animals escape from Healing Garden to look for their partners. Along with them is Latte, the princess of Healing Garden, who holds a special power. When three ordinary girls meet the Healing Animals, they are transformed into Pretty Cures in order to face and defeat the Byogens.

Second year junior high school girl Hana Nono wants to be a cool big sister. Her first day at her new school gets off to a rocky start, but she meets some nice people and is looking forward to the next day when a mysterious baby named "Hug-tan" falls out of the sky along with her hamster caregiver Hari. Hug-tan is pursued by the evil Clias Company and its monsters that want her Mirai Crystal. Soon, Hug-tan is attacked but Hana's desire to protect the baby creates a new Mirai Crystal and she transforms into Cure Yell. Hana learns that the Mirai Crystals have the power to create tomorrow and if the crystals are taken, everyone's future will disappear.

After successfully defeating the X-characters, Amu and her friends are back! However, as everyone except Yaya is set to graduate at the end of the year, their team will soon split up. Luckily, Chairman Tsukasa appears with good news: a new student is to be inducted into the Guardians. Curious as to who the new addition will be, the gang meets new transfer student Rikka Hiiragi, who surprises the group with news that she can both see and understand their Charas, but has none of her own. The Shugo Charas are filled with bubbling excitement with the prospect of a new friend, but will the new girl be able to keep them out of mischief, especially as the mini personalities are now allowed adventures of their own?
