In its best moments, the art manages to achieve genericity. But for the most part, it just feels sloppy.

The "stress-induced illness" the synopsis refers to is called Frustration Syndrome and it causes those afflicted with it to mutate in ways that reflect their inner frustrations. Which means Honoka has a frustration that's somehow related to feir boobs growing to an unnatural size. I wonder what it could be? Does the title perhaps give away the answer?

...

What if somebody with Frustration Syndrome was frustrated by two things simultaneously? Would fe have two mutations then, or would the Syndrome somehow rank the frustrations and only mutate based on the most frustrating one? And what if fe didn't see feir particular mutation as a handicap and didn't want to revert to being a normal human? Does that mean fe would have to remain frustrated? There are several interesting offshoots to this idea of physically manifested emotions that could've created a story with depth and tension, but instead this manga decided to go with the most linear and shallow plotline possible.
