Tiny necks and large bobbly-heads. Noseless and, when drawn from the front, with no chin. It's pretty cute. And perhaps most importantly, the author does a good job of keeping the focus from panel to panel feeling dynamic. It switches up the angles and distance when portraying the characters and also has quite a few panels focusing on items in the background. This is important because this is a manga built entirely around conversations. There's not really much movement or action; the characters spend most of their timeh sitting at a food court. Wada is the driver of most of the conversation topics, being excitable and opinionated and meandering from subject to subject, while Yamamoto mainly just stares at feir phone (studying) and gives short responses. Though phrasing it that way makes it shound like Yamamoto isn't engaged or wanting to talk, but that's not really fair. Both of them very much enjoy talking to each other. Wada kinda has a thing for Prince Aedel, a character from a mobile game and likes complaining. Yamamoto likes America and can get a bit philosophical at times.
