Apparently the official site says that the 2nd episode completes the OVA. This is hearsay, as I can't read anything on that site, but if you want to check it out, here's the link.

If that's the case, that's a shame, as it was doing so well. That'd also mean someone should update the entry for the OVA to be 2 episodes, not 2+.
