An anime egg… er I mean tamago ova, taking place after mankind has had to build sky cities due to some problems back on ol' Earth. After many years they have managed to modify animals into bipedal, talking beings. However despite the premise, this anime really is just about three of these little animals running about in a big forest.

Story and Characters

So we have our three little critters in a big forest. There is not much plot other than this; a seed made its way into a sky city and was discovered by the aforementioned three. They decide to go down to the surface and see what has gone on.

It really only follows them trying to avoid peril. It's a nice watch for half an hour, despite the premise set up hardly being explored, and it was fairly enjoyable to just watch them bumble about and run into certain precarious situations.

The characters themselves are not very memorable. They are fine for the anime they are in but they're not going to have people remembering them any time soon.

Technical Stuff

It's quite well animated with a colourful look. That is to be expected as anime tamago are generally of high quality. If this show has anything going for it in anyone's eyes it would be the production values, they are pretty good.

Conclusion

This is an alright OVA that doesn't really do anything special. It's certainly not the worst use of your time and it's nice to look at if anything.
