As I inserted the DVD into the player I began to get a little nervous . The last thing I like to feel is anxiety over the enjoyment of a recommendation. Thankfully I became completely engrossed in Spriggan. From the anime house of Studio 4C who brought us the awesome film Tekkon Kinkreet 

For lovers of action more than story. Which majority of the time is quite the opposite for myself. A complexed mixture of Akira meets Indiana Jones (insert remaining title here.)

 Sadly, I tend to be a little on the judgmental side when an anime is from the 90's or older. To my dismay it did not disappoint. With amazing action and cinematography that felt real cutting edge, especially for 1998. Conveying a feeling very similar to watching a 2000's James Bond film opening sequence. The beauty side is that these action sequences are through out the entire film.

A must for the Otaku of action, action, action!
