As a big fan of the manga this is a major disappointment. Lots of content is cut or timelapsed through in the form of a powerpoint presentation with only music. All the personality, charm, jokes, and tone have been largely cutout. The animation also sucks, both traditional and CGI, with reused scenes and decent animation appearing seldomly. The music is nothing special and honestly misplaced in a lot of scenes. Lots of sound effects you expect just don't happen. It feels unfinished, rushed, incomplete.

The pacing is way too fast with lots of boring exposition, rarely taking time to explore the characters, while also heavily abusing flashbacks to fill us in after timeskipping. The focus seems mostly on combat, with dialogue and plot left to the wayside. It repeatly skims over what is happening and skips right to the action. The boring, clunky, CGI action.

I've also noticed a lot of awkward cuts - Like characters hearing things from miles away, a peaceful flower field having an army of monsters appear outta nowhere. Not even worth watching, just read the manga. Really sad this series was reduced to the low-effort Isekai treatment.
