Hello, I looked it up and it seems like it is free on Tapa which I am sure is a legitimate site or you could download their app if you prefer. I don't use the app or website since it costs money but I went in and checked for this story and it didn't show any sign of being locked or anything but let me know if you have any trouble and I will try and look again.
Hello, well I'm exaggerating on purpose and i'm glad you didn't take it to heart. I watch anime made for kids and i'm proud of it as everybody should be proud of what they like.
