In a sea of average anime openings, this one ticks all the right boxes for what makes a good one. I like the water in the train with the fish and I love the way as the camera zooms in on Gojo it slows down as if it can't quite reach him because of his power. Only reason it's not higher is because it's hard to rate ops at 9 or 10 when they're not like NGE, cowboy bebop, baccano or fma:b level and that's a high bar to clear.

The art was amazing! The story was atrocious and barely watchable. The character writing was thin at best exceptions being: Red Hood was right! And Catwoman saying 'Cat got your tongue' and 'Gotta love a man who can forgive you for doublecrossing him'. Aside from that, very flimsy. There were entertaining moments like Batman's halo (bald at the top except for an outline of a bat) monk haircut thing and the bat chariot instead of the batmobile. Cute and Short, and just enough of a vibe to it to be distinctively bebop.  I give it a rating of ten because it fulfils it's purpose as a short 1 minute video with some cute drawings of what Ein gets up to 100% it's nothing more and nothing less than that.
