Your Name is an amazing animé with a very interesting storyline and satisfying animation. This movie, in my opinion, definitely has potential to be 5-star rated, but there are two things that disappoint me of this animé (spoiler alert). 

1. I need more explaining. It's kind of hard to keep track in the middle of the movie with all the time-warps and body-swapping. Mitsuha's grandma explained that their family shrine has to do with the connection of time, people, etc. but it's hard to realise what time the characters are to each other and who they are possessing. Although there were some hints such as the characters saying "Mitsuha" or refering to the current time, the movie jumped from one scene to the other too often without explaining.

2. A better ending. Your Name unfortunately has an unsatisfying ending. Having the two characters see each other and ending the movie right there is an insignificant way to credit everything in the film. Even the time Taki noticed Mitsuha's friends at the cafe - I felt like something had to happen there. Not showing how Taki and Mitsuha finally meet and spend their lives leaves an emptiness in me after watches the movie.

Honestly, I love this animé and would hate to give it such a low rating, but I really crave a good ending to this work of art.
