this is really a good work, the mc is strong, wise and ruthless but he still has his own weakness, and the plot is good. Just the end is a huge disappointement I think they finished this in the middle of the story because if financial issues or something like that.

9/10 It ended on a cliffhanger but the story is so much wholsesome. The mc is diagonized with cancer. he tries many things to cure himself but fails as he is about to die he falls into a waterfall and gets teleported to another world with swords and magic there he cultivates mana and cures his cancer. This is a wonderful adventure manhwa its a must try
