Up to this date I read 43 chapters, the pace is great, the story is steadily bulding while letting you imagine all sorts of different possible developments and it makes it even more exciting. I personnaly have really high expectations for this serie, it has the potential to become a banger.

That's a very peculiar martial art webtoon. It completely subverts expectations by going into a different direction. First of all, there is no underlying plot. usually it makes the story boring but here it flows well. It's the everyday life of people in Murim, the fights between orthodox and demonic sects, yet it captivates the attention. The reason for that? the characters. this is one of those stories that are character driven and you can feel it. The author took their time to carefully craft their characters and their interaction. The dialogue, although over the top sometimes, feels adequate for each scene. And the overall vibe is mature one. That maturity is also reflected in the art. The artist did a great job highlighting features and adding colors where needed. Finally, the strength of it all is the MC. He doesn't know any martial arts yet he is revered by people. He's the type that only uses his brain to get out of dangerous situations. I'm a sucker for big brain MCs and this one perfectly fits the description. It's not perfect and you can see here and there where the author bulshii their way out of a situation but it's still a very good read. Highly recommend!
