It's very funny and emotionally satisfying. The humor is based on a girl, Mihane, acting in very manly ways--standing in wide stances on guardrails and hilltops, going berserk and showing superhuman levels of physical prowess, and contorting feir face into unattractive grimaces. The boy fe has a crush on, Touma, finds this behavior fun and cool. Touma initially rejects feir confession, saying that fe's not looking to date anyone right now (for reasons later made apparent), but fe still finds femself wanting to spend time with fem. Mihane has a friend, Maria, who enjoys taking pictures of feir weirdness. Touma has a friend, Fujiki, who is a bit of a jerk I guess, but fe also acts as a confidante for Touma. I guess a primary point of conflict is Mihane being seen (by others as well as femself) as an "ugly" girl who doesn't deserve to stand next to the attractive Touma.

Also, based on the Related Manga section, I realized that the protagonist in this manga is probably meant to be the child of the characters from Love Attack. Obviously, not knowing that tidbit didn't detract from my enjoyment of the manga, so it's not a traditional sequel where you need to read the original to fully appreciate it.
