Luckily there's similar a manhwa called "meant to be" because within for this to end might take ages. ML is in love with his childhood friend. Build his confident by building muscles. Ya ya ya man with muscles. FL is adorable and cute. They started flirting but in a shy way. ML is introverted vs FL extroverted and expressive.
TL;DR - Hmm. I can't decide if it's cute or cringy. It has its cute moments but it progresses so quickly that it really reads like someone's lonely fantasy. There are loads of childhood friend reunion stories out there, it's always fun to read about people who make complete turnarounds. But not only is each chapter short - they're basically confirmed to have feelings for each other so abruptly within the first few chapters that there's not really anything to build up to. Hence why I can't decide if it's cute or cringy. It certainly has cute moments, but they came so soon that it felt weird. Imagine going on a date with the perfect person, and you have a great time, but then they end the date by saying, "I love you, let's get married." That'd be weird, right? Wouldn't that give you pause? You want to like them because they're so attractive and you both had such a great time. But there's just something seemingly gross and concerning about someone deciding they love you after barely an hour of talking with you. It seems shallow and contrived. That's the feeling I get when I read this. It's kind of creepy, in a way. This manga would've been so much better and more effective if the relationship actually had to build as opposed to immediately basically being a couple.
