Off to an Invincible Start - Reviews

At first I thought it will be a good manhua. There will be a badass and overpowered protagonist, is what I thought. But this manhua totally disappointed me. This manga is absolutely trash. Protagonist of the story is totally stupid. There was scene in which a girl solds him to arena and his reaction was like nothing happened. Characters of this manhua always try to take advantage of the protagonist which is i absolutely disliked. But as the story continues they start to develop feelings for him. this manhua might be good for some people but not for me. I don't recommend this manhua to those who want a badass protagonist who is always cold and take every situation seriously like a Chad.

Great concept overall, fresh idea and nice execution of main plot. The only problem i had with characters that theya re kind of generic to the core. There is no progression, here they meet mc, five minutes later they already his apprentices/in love with him/want to follow him and be loyal to death. But what irritate me more than anything else - dense mf MC, he mention a lot of times through the story that he is a virgin, and blush every time some women accidentally touch him, i get it he is shy and so on, but come fck on, there are literally every female he meet want to be his wife or lover, and actively trying to seduce him and mc in his turn actively trying to protect his virginity despite crying how unfair it is that he is a virgin. This level of mc density is neither fun or funny or whatever, its just irritating to the core. 

Ugh, I might have lost some neurons trying to read this thing. The story is dumb. I can see like 3 other ways this could have been a better plot device (the system he has) but here it just sucks. It has the level of humor of a pre-teen. very dry with no substance. I don't look for anything special in cultivation stories and this one is not even funny. it's not good. there's nothing good there. This is among the trashiest manhua out there and the translation will give you a headache. Stay away from this.

Its good. Despite being a very typical Manhua full of cliches, it has some differentials that make it interesting. The pace is very fast and the scale of power/enemies literally reaches the sky. It won't be long before he's in the uper realm killing gods. It's one of the most OP MC I've ever seen. It really lives up to its title (invincible). 

But on the other hand it makes everything predictable because soon there is no real challenge anymore. Not even against gods. Everything becomes too easy because The system is too generous. The side characters are pretty average. Typical of the genre. At least none are very irritating. If you like cultivation manhua you should give this one a try.

Simply speaking boring.

I generally love OP MCs but this one is so boring.

He just becomes the most powerful being with the help of system and no hard work or anything. Kills enemies and becomes stronger. The story is repititive a new strong being appears, luckily he always has extra points, uses them and defeats the enemy with a snap. 

The story is ver boring, there are better system themed ones out there.
