The concept of the MC being mistaken as a men due to her situations cause a lot of amusing interactions and situations at times. The problems are good and keep be interested. The story flows in a good pace and there isn't a rant of how the world works that makes me skip a bunch of panels or even chapters.

I enjoy this so far and I'll update my review once there are new updates since it feels like the story only just begun despite it already being 45 chapters during the time I'm writing the review.

It could have been interesting but instead it was a failure, after reading 60 chapters I decided to drop it because I felt it wasn't going anywhere

Story: the incipit of the story was interesting and even the first chapters gave me hope, but in the long run it proved to be increasingly difficult to follow, especially due to the slow narrative and the fact that the story struggled to deceive, 50 chapters to look for Camellia's mother and still no progress because the chapters focused only on the male characters who courted the protagonist. I expected to see something similar to Lady Oscar and instead what I got was some kind of Spanish telenovela that went nowhere.

Characters: Here the characters are just a bunch of underprivileged people, the protagonist is not at all interesting and lets herself be duped by any handsome man who teases her a bit, the various princes on the other hand are one crazier than the other and at a certain point they also become so annoying that you would like to see them dead with the only exception being the protagonist's brother, the only interesting character was the stepmother, but even she lost her charm when the story put her aside...

Art: the only good thing about this manhwa, the art was really nice, although not excellent, the hardest part in my opinion was trying to make Camilla convincing as a man, even if I feel they didn't fully succeed.

Romance: this manhwa wanted to be a romance between Camellia and the various male characters and instead turned into a mental hospital for the disadvantaged, truly terrible

Conclusion: As I said I feel like it goes nowhere and I struggled to read the following chapters due to the fact that nothing was happening in this story. Highly not recommended, it's not worth it.

i really enjoyed!! even though crossdressing is my thing, so i might be biased, i was suprised by how the FL traits and personnality built up throughout the story.

story ; yes, sometimes the main plot is lacking : we get a glimpse of a sliiight political worldbuilding when adressing the neutral area and the other empire, with sergio, but it's clearly not a enough to call that worldbuilding. it's barely context. plus, sometimes i found it hard to determine the period inspo, as we get monarchy but also cars, historical estates while eating modern fruit sorbets in a modern-ish cafe at the capital. but, if we consider the love story as a integral part of story, then i really enjoyed it. relationships between characters build up naturally and i, personally, found myself liking flirt scene even more that i normally do : they have context and special meaning and references to the main characters interactions. now that i think of it, there is no distinct plot but things flow so fluently that it remained agreeable.

art : art is really beautiful, like really, extra point for the bale siblings (especially the FL)

characters : the FL is easily a hit. genuine goals and reaction, but remaining human : neither does she falls into the innocent victim trope, nor does she embodies the stoic and badass figure of the 'forced to be a man' type of situation. i really like that. when it comes to ML, i like him because unlinke a majority of ML i saw, he has a personnality and stick with it, instead of basically erasing any negative traits and falling pleiny in love with FL (to be honest, he also has some flaws i hardly  stand, e.g.: his sometimes borderline behavior with the shelby girl). looking back i realize its really similar to reversed harem, but it didnt feel that way.

long story short, i think it is quite minimalistic story-wise, but character-wise it's really good, the turn of events in relationships. i normally find myself really picky when it comes to manwhas, but i was hooked by this one for some reason i ignore. i suggest you try it yourself, but it's a safe pick.

Reading this is like reading original plot of villainess isekai manhwa. Gender bender, naive-dense-kinda dumb FL, dominant-cold ML, charming 2nd lead, abandoned fiancé (in another manhwa, this role will be FL, lol). Yep, it's that basic. Well, despite the average plot & cliche characters, the execution is good & I'm quite entertained by this. I think it's romantic, the pace is right, the drama is interesting and main couple have high sexual tension, so it's not boring.

Although I'm a bit uncomfortable because ML is a very touchy adult whereas FL is 16 years old, I let it slide because he fell for her when both of them were minors.

The art is great but I don't really like the character design. I mean, FL is described as very beautiful person who can attract even the same gender (in this case, people assume he was a man), but tbh she's kinda average (but cute). So do the ML. He's actually handsome in any haircut except the main one, lol. That haircut tend to be used by antagonist brat and the bangs look hella stiff 😂. Idk why they choose that, my guess is probably to keep his appearance to be young. I think 2nd lead is more attractive (both face and personality, lol. But I get the reason why he isn't the one.) Other than character design, imo everything is pretty and well drawn.

I'm honestly so confused to see the other reviews because HONESTLY. Were we reading the same manhwa? I feel like we weren't. Because I'm not seeing the amazing plot and characters that some other people are reading.

Anyway. Character wise, (and mind you, I'm going to be spoiling some stuff here) the FL is plain. The story hasn't progressed much since we currently only have 31 chapters published and translated. So there is much development needed. But for a lonely FL in a manhwa like this, I was expecting more personality from her. Because all she does in the story is blush and get annoyed at the alpha attitudes of her stepbrother's male friends. (I can't even blame her for that because the male characters in this manhwa are pieces of shit.) I want to see her angry! Like come on girl, get angry, upset, whatever the hell. It's so unnatural for a character in her position to be so calm and accepting. Not to mention, she doesn't even bother looking for her mother in the many years she spent living as Camellius.

In terms of the plot and story, again, there isn't much going on. I suppose the REAL story is supposed to begin when Camellia's stepbrother regains his station as heir of the Bale family and she leaves to "reclaim" her life as Camellia. But anyway. For 31 chapters, it's plain boring and a waste of time. You get introduced to a bunch of male characters and it's more like a reverse harem than anything else lol.

Finally, the art. It's absolutely perfect- and also the only redeeming factor of this manhwa. The single redeeming factor. And I think the reason this manhwa has such a high rating here is because of the art that's good enough to stand side by side with other popular manhwas.

(A total scam IMO. I can tell you right now that if the creators of this manhwa couldn't get an artist that can copy the style that's popular now, it wouldn't have such a high rating. 3.5 stars at most.)

Conclusion: I'm not going to be reading this anymore even though I believe the second season has come out. If the beginning is this boring, I imagine that it will be the same going down the road.
