Both Himawari Youchien Monogatari Aiko Desho! and Dangan Honey are those kindergarten "romance" stories in which a little girl gets a crush on an adult male working at a kindergarten. Both series are overloaded with cuteness and somehow avoid being lolicon ones. If you liked one of those manga, it's very likely you'll like the other one too.

In both mangas the main character is a little girl in kindergarten ho falls in love with an older guy.
Both are a cute age gap mangas that you should read though I loved the Dangan honey much more.
