Manga Like Gantz

I liked how Gantz had a lot of gore and characters were grounded and realistic. I also like how the ending was happy/bittersweet. The romance was great and made it enjoyable, I liked the way he fought to get back to Tae. Id like all of these elements in a manga series, idc if its old or new.

Why not read other works by this author? Like Inuyashiki and Gigant. They might be subpar, but remind his origins all the same.
Other than that, Reset game seems similar in a way.
