Android 18 has got to be one of my favorite female characters in the show, even when she was evil I liked her. I like how she changed too as the series went on, she's pretty strong I think; maybe not nearly as strong as the other characters (correct me if I'm wrong) but yeah. I think she's a well-rounded and likeable character.
