Both seem to be made from bits of a tv series and don't bother explaining anything. While the X movie does have a series to go along with it Elementalors does not thus making it more confusing than X. The characters in both are very similar in the way that they can use interesting powers and have deep relationships with each other. If you liked either one hour of confusion you might like the other hour of huh?
