Tribe Nine - Reviews

To end all fighting, the game of XP is created to settle disputes. Basically baseball with fighting.

While the storyline is a bit off putting I tried to finish it, but after episode 11 I was done. It isn't even good enough to play in the background. As it's rating is 3 stars with less then 1000 views that pretty much shows how this anime turned out. It was an interesting idea, but the execution of the storyline leaves A LOT to be desired.

Kind of knew it was going to go downhill when they killed off a main character in episode 3.

In a world where the youth created a tribe culture the Game XB came into existence to deal with any quarrels that come up.

In the show we follow the story of one tribe, seeing how loss and the idea of comradery affects the Minato tribe.

Honestly I watched this show for something quick and it gripped me happily in the first episode. The characters are somewhat typical but none the less individual (except maybe for the quadruplets) it was hard to pick a main character put in this show I feel it was more a main pair. Watching their growth was fun. And the concept of extreme baseball was crazy. It's a good laugh, and I feel an easy watch. Though there are aspects that I feel the show could have used more development on, as it left some sense of not being fleshed out enough.

However overall I really enjoyed the ups and downs, and the ending was satisfying enough. I'd recommend if you're the type to watch sporty animes or are looking for something quick and fun to watch.
