Dr. Stone - Reviews

To start things off I'd like to note this review is representing both seasons of the show.

Few of the negative reviews I've read about this show so far have been about how the scientific reasoning of things have been shallow and unreasonable. However in my opinion I doubt this show is supposed to be so realistic that it could be featured on the Discovery channel.

 Im not a super science nerd, but the show was pretty enjoyable for what it is. I think the quick explanations and unrealistic advances are quite humorous. If you're a science nerd I still think you could easily enjoy this show.

Main character is cocky, quick acting and always seems to have a underdog approach to a situation. There isnt any harem action, so if you arent into any of that this could be a good show to add to your list.

This anime is so cool filled with so many scientific twists!!! I would definetly recommend this to anyone who hasnt watched this anime yet!

Very good and original plotline/story. somewhat, educational and most of the characters are quite memorable compared to a lot of other animes. The only problem I have is that the girls' eyes are just a bit too far apart from each other, which is somewhat annoying, but not flat out irritating. The background art never ceases to amaze me, and the unique character design of both Senku and Gen, make them stand out from the more 'bland' and simple design of the new generations, similar to the effect of when Effie Trinket visited district 12 in 'the Hunger Games'.

really good. really good. really good. i dont care if science is made out to be easier than it is; if it were truly realistic it would be insanely boring. its just good.

hey something i reallly enjoyed. its a really great anime series with alot of fun and a likeable main character. alothought i wouldnt say that the anime is realistic (its not tbh a high schooler one punching a lion WHAT?). still i dont really mind that and i love the anime series. its funny , serious when it needs to be , entertaining and keeps me interested in what happens next so much so that i went ahead and read the manga which i usually dont do (used but now i do). all in all its a really great anime series with likable characters who are funny and entertaining to watch.
