Just an average OVA. This was more of a mini sports drama than anything else. It is almost like a "Pixar short" with a lesson to be learned at the end.
The mystery aspect is minor and a few things that happen in the OVA are simply annoying.
I miss the times when the Detective Conan anime was the traditional Detective Conan anime. The spin offs, OVAs, and movies never seem to stop. This ova was a solid 5/10 Overall.
