Black Clover - Reviews

The main reason I gave the story a 1 was because I felt this was a copy of Naruto. Two rivals? Want to become the Hokage/Wizard King? One of them has a demon? The other was born with incredible talent? One of them was disregarded and disrespected by their entire village? The reason why I gave it a one instead of zero was because it only has like 2 filler episodes. I also don't like the story is because of the harem. The animation is pretty standard, the voice actors did a pretty good job, I gave a 3 for the characters because again, naruto copy. The black clover fans will hate me but they know that what I'm saying is true. Not only that, the Black Clover fans can probably find even more ways that Black Clover is just like Naruto.

So in the first arc the show was not promising at all, the main character had the generic "shonen" attitude and it was quite the turn off, but, as the series progresses it becomes even better and has climbed the ranks of my favorite anime, now standing in 2nd place of fighting anime with only Code Feass in the way. Either way the show has redeemed itself and deserves more recognition. I definetely recommend it.I went through the whole series up to ep 153 in less than a week so I believe my opinion stands as a trustworthy one. The latest arc looks even more promising and I'm sure Asta can and WILL leave us speachless, thanks for your time.

story is very nice cuz someone with no magic like asta wanna become the magic impreror and not mentenening he eventully gets some sort of magic powers and he have a demon inside him that might get unleashed or give him powers
so its verrry intresting but in general they kinda go off the main story in a lot of episodes and also the charecter devolpment is great but it does not get a good screen time amount

animation i did not like much at first but i got used to it and tbh it never annoyed me much anyway cuz i was so into the story and whats ganna happen BUT i lovvvveddddd the fighting in black clover one of the best fighting scenses they have.
great moving to animations in fighting so thats why i gave it an 8 not a 7

sound is ok nothing speacial about it or bad
asta at first was annoying yes but u get used to it anyway and the music aint like exciting or wow like in movies or anything (like intersteller movie)

charecters i like are yami and asta (asta not thattt much) only, the others are ok, nothing much about them.
i like also the party girl i dont remember her name (also not that much)
they have ok charecters and couple of really good charecters but thats it really (unlike naruto)

overally an 8 cuz its an exciting anime with its story sooo much but at some points it goes off of the main story (maybe if u watch it now since its ganna stop after ep 132 u will not feell it but for someone like me who watched it every week it was kinda annoying)

I'm a huge shonen fan and try to watch most of their shows. I'll start by saying that this isn't for everyone. You shoudn't come to the show expecting something like Naruto Tail Punch Man Online. It's not your typical shonen anime, as the main character has absolutely no magic (which literally everyone has). Even so, he thinks like every other shonen MC - hard work makes you stronger. This isn't necessarily bad, as you could say the way he works hard can be comedic ( he screams a ton ). People hate Asta since he screams alot, but I like his screaming for some reason. If you liked Fairy Tail and Naruto, You'll definitely love this. The story is great, the animation is getting btter, the opening and soundtracks are great, and there are alot of amazing characters.

It had a pretty good start but after a few episodes it seem like they already run out of ideas and just put fight scenes after fight scenes after fight scenes it's nonstop the characters didn't even have time to develop. It's like a kids' cartoon no story just fight scenes
