I've been watching anime for the past 4 years and I haven't seen more breathtaking and complex story as Attack on Titan has. Since the first episode, I've been in love with this anime and with its world. The first few episodes in the first season were a little bit boring, but since then, every episode is better than the last one. The idea of titan-shifters, nine titans, Paradis Island and all these things made me love this anime even more. The genius of this anime lies even in the foreshadowing in the past seasons, which you can understand only if you know crucial info, that is going to be shown in the future. I also liked the idea of the titan history, with Ymir coming in contact with he mysterious Source of all living matter, then gaining the power of the titans. The scene where Ymir was getting eaten by her 3 daughters Rose, Maria and Sheena was heartbreaking as well.

The characters itself are genius as well. Eren, Mikasa, Armin, Levi, Zeke and all these characters had some development, but Eren was shown the most love when counting character development. The angry, loud Eren turned into the emotionless killer we see in the final season. I also loved the concpets of characters such as Onyanpokon, Yelena, Gabi, Falco and Nicollo. When you think about them, it shows you the bitter and harsh reality of that world. None of the characters can be labeled as evil, since all of them have their reasons for doing something, for example Reiner and Bertholdt breaking the walls. 

In the final season we can see a change in the animation with new studio MAPPA, which lot of people here find bad. I don't understand that, since the anime, in my opinion, still remains genius and the animation is really, really good. 

As all of us know, the music and soundtracks of Attack on Titan are also one of the best the world of anime has to offer. The openings, endings, soundtracks, voiceacting etc. is on a very high level.

I really am going to say that this is one of, if not, the best anime ever. I understand that people have different tastes in anime, but I still stand by this point.
