I was kind of looking forward to this one, unfortunately I didn't really enjoy it as much as I hoped I would. The characters are all defined through one thing and annoying without end. I liked the idea that the world wasn't the adventure filled world the protagonist wanted it to be, but instead of seeing it as a challenge (and talking some sense into his guild members), he mopedy mope moped through each episode. The only time they ever acted like adventurers/heroes, was whenever the plot required them to do so. Even all the other, so called, "adventurers" were unable to do anything whenever a real threat emerged, and put their hopes in the very same unskilled people, they didn't want in their guilds. "Nah, we don't want you in our guild. But we're sure to rely on you whenever shit goes down, because you're one of the main characters...". Great.

The jokes weren't really funny, as much as they were repetitive and simple. A few jokes made me smile, but not much more. I watched all 10 episodes and I enjoyed about 30% of each. The rest I sort of sat through, waiting for the good part to finally start.

Oh and I normally don't have a problem with fan service as long as it's served as part of the anime (and not overly present), but having close ups of boobs flopping everywhich way didn't really do it for me. I'd rather have any of the characters at least try to fix one of their many flaws. instead they just complained again about everything being so shitty.

In the end, I was as much dissapointed with the show as whatshisface was with the world.

Addendum: I like the animation and the  show wasn't bad per se, (as in cringe worthy), just sort of boring and a annoying a bit to often.

1/10 story
10/10 animation
?/10 sound
3/10 characters
4/10 overall

Hmm it's interesting how you say the adventurers and just rely on the main characters when stuff goes down. The first thing that comes to mind is the undead knight guy. He was only there for Megumin and nobody else so why would anyone else even get involved when he's so dangerous? There was also the cabbage, which the whole town helped out with... Lastly, for the destroyer they needed to be able to break it's protective barrier, which lead to Aqua, an actual goddess with inhuman spell strength. Then they needed to hault it with insanely strong spells, which lead to the only two explosion magic users: Megumin and Wiz (who isn't a main character). For the destroyer, the adventurers erected a small fence around the entrance (that didn't really do anything), but they did all raid the destroyer when it was down. So I'm not sure where your complaints are pointing towards. Mind you, this is the starting town, so people are low level and useless for the most part (besides some higher levels that only stay around for the succubi).

Looking at the jokes, it really comes down to sense of humor. I thought a lot of it great with well done delivery with voice acting. It's surprising seeing this bad of a rating looking at your list when most everything is 5 stars, especially log snorizon which put me to sleep. Though, I agree with others on your list like Dungeon. Even though that has way more "flopping" than konosuba when it's not even ecchi and konosuba is just for showing stolen underwear. As for your third paragraph, I have no clue what you're referring to since everything was pretty well kept in moderation and any "flopping" done around Kazuma by Aqua or whoever was pretty much ignored since he finds at least her annoying. To each their own, I suppose.
