The only violence against kids is perpetrated by kids themselves. I think that's what makes it pretty shocking in itself - it does question morality to its core. It's well worth a watch, just be prepared to be a little disturbed.
(Saw you on Sothis' page) Just to fill you in, there's a pretty shocking bit of revenge in the last episode. To be honest, Narutaru is somewhat disturbing all the way through, but that last episode is something else. Let's just say that if you have a weak stomach, don't watch. If on the other hand, you like films like the Human Centipede, enjoy!
