Artipelago

Lovely!

As one of my favorite arcs in the manga, I can say I walked out of the cinema feeling pretty satisfied. The score was solid, and although most of the scenes were very well executed, some frames of the animation at certain parts looked a bit odd and/or budgeted. I found parts in the film that were a bit underwhelming and lacked the intensity and "oumph" of their printed counterparts, but many other parts were done incredibly well in ways I didn't expect. I'm counting down the days until we get to see they'll do with the Public School Arc.
