Both manga focus innocent romance, and both female protagonists are a bit old-fashioned. Both of these manga are light-hearted and sweet slice of lifes/school lifes.

They have very simular names,
and have a simular story line with the female lead
likeing her brothers friend.
My mother is a popular shojo manga artist, and my brother is a good at sports and is popular at school. Compared to that, I have a twisted personality with low self-esteem. Someone like me ended up having to help my mother with her shojo manga together with my brother's friend...!?

– Sweet and gentle ML that's MC's older brother's best friend.
– MC cooks, ML loves their cooking.
– Inexperienced in love but mature MC. (Does that make sense?)
– Domestic vibes (? Like, people would think they are husband and wife if they weren't clearly high schoolers)
– MC has a popular older brother that puts the comedy in the romance comedy.
** Slight spoilers **
