I actually like Haru, I'd say she's quite a neat character if I do say so myself!! (¬‿¬) It's hard to explain why I love Haru so here's a quote from the creator of the manga series Beastars, Paru Itagaki to explain it!
"I feel that Haru is a character that has many traits that are akin to women, both good and bad. But that isn't where her character truly shines. Her true defining trait is that she's always willing to be true to herself. Many of the characters are portrayed living life with some kind of mask, but only Haru chooses to live life nonchalantly for her own desires. I thought she had issues in the beginning, which she sorta does when it comes to her classmates, but she is not a slut. I ONLY even say that because she's a rabbit and if we are to believe the saying about rabbit "screwing like rabbits" then logically since she is a rabbit, it's not a surprise that she is doing what she is doing. I was caught off guard at first because out of nowhere she started doing what she was did to Legosi and I was like WTF, but after thinking about the fact she's a rabbit kinda explains it. The weird part is that she isn't the only rabbit around, but she is the only one that we see getting trash talked behind her back and to her face. I don't really care too much for her, but I guess it moves the story along. I look at it like, if my slice of pizza became animated and a smooth talker, with a sexy deep voice, do I still want to eat him? Hell no, now that he's talking to me. But I guess it would be difficult if he's smelling really good lol. This is ridiculous, but I'm glad I gave it a shot, I wouldn't say I would re-watch it though.

Haru does annoy me a little, but I think how well written and interesting her character is overshadows that flaw for me
