DEEMO: Memorial Keys

So i played the games and of course i wanted to watch the movie. The visual are bad, like sometimes very bad... Its sad that Deemo didnt get an beautiful adaptation. :( The music is as it is in the game beautiful, but the visuals ruined it for me, so that i had dropped the movie the first time i tried to watch it. idk if i can recommend it... For Deemo fans maybe? But the movie is just an recap of the game. Well if you dont mind the bad cgi, go for it, the story and music are still good.

This is a beautiful storyline with a great deal of meaning to it.  This is a good movie for anyone who has lost someone close to them, it is hopeful at the same time as being very sad.  I do not get to see too many anime's that have a great deal of meaning to them as this movie does.  "SPOILER"  The MC has lost someone very close to her at a very young age in a tragedy.  As a result of this situation to protect herself she blocks out all memory of this person and comes up with an invisible friend in her mind as replacement to comfort herself as well as anything that held meaning to her at the time of the tragedy.  This is very, very well done anime in that the story and characters a voice acting is wonderfully done... the only downside to this movie is the animation... the 3D or CGI or whatever it was done in was of subpar quality.  This reminds me of movies such as A Silent Voice or Your Lie in April (one of my all time favorites) and others that take on hard topics that children to adults have to deal with in real life.  An anime movie like this has the ability to be comforting to those that have been through hard times looking for something they can relate to in their grief/situation.  I give the storyline and characters high marks, I would give it a 10 but the animation really holds back in my ability to do so.  Be well!
