Both are Korean, both are about a villain who gets a second chance at life, but ends up surrounded by very wholesome and good people, and hilarity ensues as the villain tries to continue his evil ways while pretending to be good (and the "good" rubs off on him). The difference is that it's either reincarnation or transmigration and that one is pure fantasy (magic and stuff) and the other is martial arts (murim stuff).
Although somewhat different, both are very enjoyable in terms of humor and plot, while characters and setting are also good.
