Trying to compare Aki Sora and Kiss x Sis is not really an issue, the main plot device in both series revolve around one single thing, sibling love a.k.a. incest.

Do I have to add anything else? Eh, if I have to..

Aki Sora is full of explicit content and it's more of a drama than an actual fap material type of manga, although explicit sex is always behind the door. Kiss x Sis is definitely different, being more of a harem ecchi with incest, but primarly it's a comedy, not a drama. If you're a fan (:megusta:) or simply like sibling love, I recommend both manga.

P.S. Incest is fine in manga and anime only.

Cherry x Cherry

Will Tomoki manage to make peace with the girls?

In both stories, you have the cute and adorable incest going on with a set of twin sisters.  In Kiss x Sis you have a set of older twin sisters and in Cherry x Cherry you have a set of younger twin sisters.  In both, the male main character has to resist the many seducing attempts of their sisters while still focusing on school.

Both are ecchi romances between a brother and his two twin sisters.  The incest themes are much more muted in Cherry x Cherry (which is good, because the loli is on the border of being out of control) but both have a thick layer of raunchy humor.  I didn't particularly like either, but the similarities are impossible to miss.  (Even the names are very similar.)  However you felt about one, you're bound to feel about the other.

The way the characters interact with one another makes Kiss x Sis ad B Gata H Kei similar. The female characters are focused on one thing and one thing only: trying to get the guy by whatever sexy means they are able. The series are filled with hilarious misunderstandings between the male and female counterparts with ridiculous outcomes.

If you liked reading Desire Climax, you will definitely like reading Kiss x Sis and vice versa.  There may be a different atmosphere, but the roles are reversed and the storyline doesn't include kinapping, but it does include Incest and sexuality.

Hoozuki-san Chi no Aneki

If you like Hozuki-san chi no aneki or kiss x sis, you will surely like the other. They both share a very similar atmosphere. In both the brothers are struggling to ignore their sisters extremely sexual advances. Both will have you constantly laughing at the hilarious slapstick comedy.

Yoru Made Matenai is like a twinless and less explicit shoujo cousin of Kiss x Sis. Rather than writing the "if you liked one" formula, I can say that it is very unlikely that you are going to like one of those if you didn't like the other.

These two manga have a similar type of comedy and similar dynamics, along with incestuous relationships. Let's say that in both sides we can admire the relationship between the male lead and a couple of cute twin sisters in love with the same person. Oh, let's not forget the huge amount of sexual content and nudity.

Are you interested in the difference between a manga that doesn't want to cross the (fake) incest line avoiding sexual/explicit content and another one that has the complete opposite approach going all-in with a love-triangle between twin sisters and their little brother? I reccommend these two harem.

If incest is a theme that scares, repels, disgusts you, please stay away from both these manga, especially Kiss x Sis. My advice is: remember that this is not real life, it's just the fantasy of a mangaka and its manga! Have good time and enjoy the content.

Both revolve around a family relationship bound by law (for example, step-siblings in Kiss x Sis and a foster parent and his 'sons' in Futari no Musuko). They are both ecchi but fun reads.

They're both sexual comedies that I enjoyed for similar reasons. The antics between the boy and the girls feels similar, with the girls trying to seduce the boy, and a lot of the humor flows from that. Both involve his sisters wanting him too.
