I never heard of Paint Tool Sai before. O.o I kind of want to check it out now.. haha

I only have two characters so far, but only drew half one so far.. One being that girl with the wings and another being a man with a scar going down his left eye. The scar thing is a little too over used probably, but oh well I like it.. haha I don't really have anything yet for my characters. Though if I were to ever put my characters into a little story I was thinking of the typical revenge type story.. My character was a murderer and used the powers of demons to kill lots of people. He was killed by his brother, but was some how brought back to life after a certain amount of years. Pretty much it besides maybe going to have him be a bad guy again and seek revenge or be a feared hero type. haha

I had some drawing pencils, but my dog chewed up all the good ones... I was left with the really dark ones that were nice for shading or outlining. My eraser was pretty crap.. haha can't find any good ones lately that doesn't leave that crap on the paper.. I wanted to get a nice art kit and set up my computer desk as my drawing table.. I guess I can do that since it's a normal desk, my monitor sits on a little cart/table thingy, and my computer sits on a little metal stand. My brother does have a nice set of colored pencils that came with this art kit he bought when he was in school.

I looked at your deviantart and I must say I love your pictures. =o Some of your pictures look like you used paint, which looks pretty cool. I saw the bigger picture of your character and it's awesome, along with you other pictures.  I really like the colors, shading, and well the way they are drawn. :D they are pretty d--- good. haha

D: Sadly I'm no where as good as you. Though  here is a picture of pretty much the only character I have an idea for.. Nothing special just a body, hair, wings, tail, hair covering eyes/face, etc. haha was just drawing the picture for an idea and to get use to drawing different positions. It's pretty messy cuz I had don't have that great of drawing supplies and I had to redo a lot of stuff. T.T

Yeah for me the drawing pictures I see helped me somewhat get an idea on how the lines are drawn. One other problem I know I have is drawing lines the exact same way as ones I already drew. When I draw the face or arms I can't seem to get the other side the same as the one I drew..

Drawing every day? O.O That's a lot of practice and drawing. haha

I never thought of looking for Wing tutorial or looking on that site. O.o Also never thought of looking in a mirror or how my own cloths fold. I know I do look at my hand and how it will look if I held something in it such as a sword, pencil, etc.

All my characters are naked kind of.. Two of them have clothes, but the hands were never completed or the arms were behind their back. I seen a few animes where they completely leave out the details muscles, so in a way maybe I can get by without those. :D Though I rather not..

:D Thank you. I needed a new avatar, but didn't feel like making one, so I just grabbed one of my pictures. Trying to draw more pictures of her as one of my characters. I do have another one which is of her kind of her bending over with a wing up and with a devils tail. O.o Though added longer hair.. Kind of happy with the way the feet and well everything came out..

I always wanted to draw since I was like five, but never really could.. Since fifth grade I would look at a picture and draw it. Never really tried to draw my own characters and such since recently. =(

Yeah when ever I see someones drawing with every little detail that makes it looks professionally done, I lose a little interest.. haha What really pisses me off or puts me in a bind is not knowing the details on clothing, buildings, etc. Also not knowing how or what to do to improve.. I'm hoping to take a class for arts and stuff like that sometime soon.

I remember reading anatomy is extremely helpful to people who want to draw every little detail to a character's body or just the body it self.

One of the three things I have or had problems with were hands, feet, and drawing wings.. I wanted a picture of a character with wings, but when I went to go draw them I had no idea how to.. So I googled wings and kind of tried to mimic them, but unsure how they turned out..

Do you take any art classes?
