Well, you have your anime list where you can organize the shows you are watching/have watched and also rate them. You add anime to the list using the drop down under their respective synopsises when you see after searching one up on the site.
This is good to keep track of the shows you are watching and shows you want to watch.
As for the signature, when you upload an image for that it will make an image you can link to which automatically updates to show what series you're currently watching, or some statistics, depending on your settings for it. It can be used on forums as any other signature image.
