Story: Man finds himself naked holding a gun outside the whitehouse. (Minor spoilers) later finds out he is given 10 billion yen in order to change japan into a better place. Animation is smooth, no problems or anything to outline here. Sound: I really like the ending theme and the video with it is very creative. Characters are good, I like them, very diverse and actually pretty close to normal! Overall it's a good anime, rather  short, ending leaves things to be desired, environment and the overarching idea around the whole anime are excellent. 8.3 this is quite different and worth watching... Powerful. More than once my jaw dropped. Sadly enough its only 13 episodes but an amazing 13. There is not just blood and gore (although there is a lot) there is also some drama and other elements that help balance the anime. 

If you have an open mind, please please watch, i don't want to ruin anything, so I won't be saying anything else. If blood doesn't bother you watch this immediately and enjoy. One of my absolute favorites! 9.5/10
