Oblithian

It starts out crazy, but after sticking with it you begin to understand the style. If you do stick with the show, 'Welcome to the NHK!' has a solid plotline with an interesting perspective into the life of man struggling to live while being terrified of the outside world. Add to that the solid characters and you have a 5 star (of 5) anime... less 1.5 for being hard to follow at times (due to the insanity, *Which I don't think adds anything to the series ...if it were executed differently, maybe).
