Interlude is like Beyond The Clouds, The Promised Place(aka The Promised Place of Our Younger Days) because they both deal with how people percieve reality. There is also a girl character in each of these stories that is in almost the exact situation as the other, I can't really say more without ruining the story.

Her grandfather's prominent position and the affection of the scientist Daedalus have left her more free will than is normally allowed, but Re-l has started to question the sanctity of the city and the citizens' perfect way of life. With mysterious beings known as proxies causing havoc and a man named Vincent causing great influence on her life, Re-l must travel outside of the city to find the answers she seeks and discover the mystery behind "the awakening".

If you liked the complexity of Interlude's plot, the confusing yet understandable (yeah I know it's a contradition but that's how I feel) story, the dark atmosphere, the theme of different realities and the philosophical issues examined in Interlude then I think you will also like Ergo Proxy. It has an equally confusing yet clever story, a dark and chilling feel, and is  deeply philosophical. Also, a high production value.

Interlude and Blood the Last Vampire are both placed in a noir setting with a lot of creatures from the night. The series have a similar feel to both, be it that Interlude has a bunch of jokes, which Blood, the last ampere doesn't have.

The main difference between the two series is that there is actually a pretty demented story in Interlude, while Blood the Last Vampire completely lacks any sort of complexity in its story. So if you liked Blood the Last Vampire but are looking for more depth, Interlude is the anime for you. If you like Interlude, but want more action and less dialogue, you might like Blood The Last Vampire.

In both Interlude and Angel Sanctuary there is a similar feel of a slice of life series turning into something alien. In Interlude this alienation resolves around the appearance of the existence of two worlds, while in Angel Sanctuary this alien aspect is the existence of angels. The main difference between the two series is humor. Interlude has a healthy amount of humor, while Angel Sanctuary has near to none. Due to this, you will not find any similar characters as well.

Although both Tsukihime and Interlude are tales of demons or vampires, they look to explore relationships between that which we would perceive as evil and humans within complex storylines, giving them a little more depth than your typical horror.

Both anime are reality warping mind-trips. They feel alike, but tell two different stories. But somehow, they share similarities. Try them out.

Interlude could be another Animatrix short. In both anime, a veil of reality shrowds the truth, and the truth is an ugly thing. I personally did not really like Interlude, but if you did, check out Animatrix! I think you'll be glad you did.

Interlude and BALDR are both considerably short OVAs that tackle heavy themes and intricate plots centered around alternate realities. Both anime deal with a main male lead whose world is unknowingly about to be turned upside down. BALDR is paced remarkably better than Interlude which gets a little convoluted at times, and Interlude also interjects some fanservice and comic relief whilst BALDR barely cracks a hint of a smile. Check one out if you liked the other for a similar attempt at a big sci-fi orientated story in a fierce little package!

Very similar themes (not the wolf part).  I don't really want to say too much more because it will spoil the ending of Interlude, but if you liked the overall theme of either of these two anime then you might want to check out the other.

Largely different shows, Interlude and Guilty Crown both share a peculiar sci-fi element of a mysterious "possibly evil, possibly good" enemy, and a girl whose body lays in eternal slumber to stop the world from collapsing.
