Double Circle

Toshiba presents "Double Circle," an original online anime short video series, which takes place in the "Smart City" of Kawasaki, Japan. The citizens of Kawasaki transform into heroes symbolizing different forms of renewable energy, to battle and overcome the enemy. This is a story where the good forces of Smart Community triumphs over a world where time stands still and without color.
