So..........why the 7 out of 10? well still definately a good anime, but probably more of the fact i watched FMA Brotherhood before this one "the original" (even though brotherhood is technically the original, by following the manga) and as a result, by watching the same anime , yet far less action packed, and a lot slower paced, left me pretty dissapointed....no Ling, no Fu, no true envy form, no Olivia armstrong, no shadow monster, hell they cut the entire briggs arc out! :(

Story - well written, but in comparison to brotherhood shortened a lot....also Very different

animation - solid 10 in both versions :) style differs a bit but still epic ;D

Sound - not many of the op or ed's really caught me like the brotherhood ones did, only one i'd say kinda did would be "ready steady go", whereas brotherhood legit every op and ed was 5 star, put it on your ipod and listne to it endlessly, quality ;D

Charachters - like i said before - far less charachers than brotherhood, was hoping to see them but then half way through realised they most likely wern't going to come in (and checked charahter lists as well) and they didnt :( only positive i could give is the homunculuses being portrayed as more human, but even that was questionable at best... 

so many more things left out.......really pails in comparison to brotherhood imo, to quote someone - Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood goes far above and beyond the first 2002 Fullmetal Alchemist ....really sums it up....in both story, arcs, epic fight scenes, and so much more!!!!!

so anyway without postin spoilers i'm gonna go rewatch FMA brotherhood again!!!!!
