When I watched this anime it wasn't one I thought I'd ever watch again, though I have. Out of curiosity as to what happens next I read the manga and fell in love. This series only covers the first 20 or so chapters of the manga and you're left with a cliffhanger. It's also filled with unnecessary filler episodes near the beginning I assume so you feel something towards Teito's best friend Mikage. The anime cuts out a lot of Blackhawk moments to give you these fillers. Probably so you don't grow to like your antaginists.
