Older guy that fell in love with anime while it was just getting big on the cable tv... Yeah right can you believe that cable TV no flat screens and the VCR was my best friend. So as it aired I would record such things as Vampire D and Speed Racer. Only to then start hitting up video rental stores for more items like Akira and then others like Macross, Legend of Asland.
Later in life I got more into other aspects of anime went to a few conventions here in Seattle both in cosplay and without. Started a Anime meetup that lasted roughly 2 years before one or more memeber stole from me and I closed up shop. As of now I watch what I can in between work and army reserves....I know army....yikes though it pays the bills and its not active so I can actually have life with my family.
