Huh I thought I did that already, but relooking at it I must've forgotten to post it on Lizzie's comment section page too lol
Saw what you said about Lizzie from Seikon no Qwaser and that's exactly what I think everytime I revisit that series lol. In the first season Lizzie even cosplays as Saber during a scene where she's dressing in different outfits for some high school girls so maybe the character designer for Mordred saw Seikon no Qwaser and designed Mordred to be like Lizzie as a thank you and since Lizzie herself really could work as a child of Saber.
