First point, there's no beauty and the beast transformation where he becomes human. Second you asked how someone can read something like that and the answer is curiosity. I did say I saw it on an ad and I was like "wtf is this about???" I wouldn't say it's straight up beastiality due to the beast man having human cognition since he is a genetically modified human. Plus it was censored as well so... But I've read plenty of stuff that was awful mainly due to curiosity. I have watched movies that people rate as "bad" but I'm the time to say "how bad?" And to just laugh at it

Id argue otherwise especially since hero killer would be an op charchter as well, having mc win in 20 chapters against any high level hero in a 1 on 1 but anyways in the end it al lcomes down  to personal opinion and the amount of experience we both have, ive watched and read many with the same premise as hero killer some which has doen the premise much better and thus rating it such a low score would be justified because of the amount of manga,manhwa and tv shows ive seen the same plot recreated into. TBATE on other hand, even after me reading over 300 of stories to do with reincarnation or isseki i found it to be a well excuted example in my eyes and his charchter monologue made sense and for me there was nothing to cringe over. 

In the end, everything comes down to individual opinion depending on each person's experience and age. I appreciate your perspective and hope you can accept mine as well. Ideally, we can attempt to agree on various tales in the future.

I read 20 chapters of Hero Killer, which had no narrative and was all instruction. A squad of vigilantes set out to hunt down corrupt superheroes who misuse their talents. It's the exact same concept as "The Boys TV programme," but done badly. The narrative concerning her sister, which we get at most half a panel about in one chapter, is not worth creating a complete vengeance story around and i am not sticking to 100 chapters jsut to get teased by small plot reveals when at the start there is no uqniue plot. 

TBATE, on the other hand, has a very clear storyline in which a king from a fantasy planet that is not even Earth returns after being killed and embarks on a new journey while atoning for all of his regrets and achievements from his previous life as king.

It's not your standard earth truck-kun reincarnation; instead, it's a fantastical rebirth into a different fantastical narrative that is brilliant and has never been heard of because the manhwa came out in 2018 and the novel was published in 2017 around 5–6 years before.

Yet you say its beneith hero killer which came out in 2021 which is a copie of the "The Boys" tv show which also came after tbate in 2019.  In end i guess it will just be personal taste and ill understand your opinion but i had to outline why i had scored it as such a 4/10 a copy of the boys without any significant plot other then having good art and fights.
