It was trash but.. why am I crying...
See full reviewControversial opinion but, I hate OVAs. Usually they're just a bunch of boring fan service and for some reason it's 90% of the times a beach episode. Now, imagine an entire season out of OVAs, must be awful right? WRONG! I don't know how they did this, but I'm in love with this. Instead of comparing it to OVAs, it's better to view it as a slice of life season. These episodes exist mainly out of things happening within Rimuru's town/city. You get to learn more about characters and the town/city. Instead of making this season completely uncanon, they simply show more detail. I suggest giving this a try if... See full review
As someone who mainly cares about the story, this season is as awful as it can get. I've just finished episode 6. Friends warned me that this season wouldn't have a lot of fighting, but I took that warning less serious than I should have. If you are really in love with Thorfinn, you may find validation in this season by telling yourself "This is all character development. A build up to something great". To those who watch a lot of animes for the fun of it, this season is as boring as it gets. Story: The story pretty much takes place years after the events of season 1. Trying not to spoil too... Okay so, for the manga readers, this anime may be really bad. Luckily for me, I haven't read the manga yet. I did do a fair amount of research before writing this review though. I understand they left out some important parts of the series. But for those who haven't read the manga, the anime was pretty good. Maybe I have a bad taste in anime considering that I also liked SAO (I watched that a while ago so I might think it's cringe now) but I think people are giving this TOO MUCH hate for what it is. Of course, you can hate on it all you want though!
Anyways, I must admit I did think it was pretty... See full review
I'm not very good at writing reviews but I'll try. I think these shorts are the best shorts I've ever seen in an anime. They were funny and you could really see the character's personality in them. Characters that didn't get enough screen time (Akihito's mom) got more screen time which was amazing. The music was also very nice that it kept me from skipping it every episode. This review might not help a lot but I really suggest watching the shorts!
See full reviewI've given everything a 10/10 because I have barely seen any flaws in it. It is one of these random fanservice anime but at least the story made sense each episode. It was actually funny and I laughed a lot with this anime. The characters were probably the best thing about this anime. Every character is special and they all have a great design.
Though I don't really like fanservice animes, this one was actually the best fanservice in my opinion. I totally recommend watching this!
There wasn't really a story in Tejina Senpai and the main male character was pretty basic and boring. Senpai herself was mainly funny tho every episode was just random stuff put into each other. The only time the anime wasn't random was how new characters joined the anime.
