Hi ^^ Great list ! :D

Just curious, what did you think about the way that Eve no Jikan ends? I was rather dissatisfied, myself. Thanks~

It's one of those HOTD types, so it's insane fun, but nothing beside that.

5 episodes in and I must admit that I liked it even more than I did intitially. Animation is definitely not one of its stronger points, but it has enough style to carry those mistakes without them ever becoming an issue. I didn't really notice any mistep in action, though. Or it could just be that I'm so sold on style that I can't even notice any wrongs with it. And yeah, I'd also say that they're not too big with money. I'd love to see them get more founding for their future projects. Since Gainax and Madhouse are quite crappy nowadays, all my hope goes to Trigger

I will definitely check these out. Love me old Gainax. Thanks for this. <3

I still didn't get to the end, but I could totally see something like that happening. Oh well, I'll get to it sooner or later.

Well, we're always doing something. You could check out or schedule sometimes just to see if something may suit your fancy. (mwhahah)

Eh, that would be a shame. Zegapain is actually a hidden gem in the sea of bad mecha. I could see why you would, because there's nothing really out of the ordinary about those first episodes, and it does look really generic. I found it a lot better around episode 8, and after that it gets better and better. Don't get me wrong, it's not that good. It's quite simple in what it does, but it's coherent to the end and stays loyal to its initial idea, ending in really satisfying way. It's charater driven-story, and everyone gets a nice portion of development. I'd say that you should get back on track with it, because it's not shallow by any means and definitely delivers.

That is so true it's actually sad. :I

Oh, so you're watching by year? Damn, that's some devotion right there. I didn't yet see/read Nana, but I heard it's one of the more mature and interesting josei out there. And if you're up for brutal Mahou Shoujo, then I definitely recommend Mahou Shoujo of The End manga. I didn't really get into Bartender, but am an occasional drinker. I guess I'll check out anime one of these days.

I'm not really a fan of sports anime or sport in general. I'm a gym person. Allthough, I did like Redline.

I'm not really sold either on any other show beside Kill la Kill. What to say, I'm a huge fan of Gaina- *ahem* Trigger and just seeing a mixture of FLCL and TTGL is enough for me to die in peace. It's insane fun for now and I'm really enjoying it for what it is.

I did not yet see NnA, but seeing the premise, it's not something I'd put as my priority. Maybe I'll see it if I decide to partake in forum's monthly marathon.

I'm currently waiting for last 4 episodes of Space Battleshit Yamato. That is just goodness all around. Animation is top notch and battle coreography and all that space shenanigans are just... mmm. Everything else is really solid as well, but nothing that's really great.

I'm also watching Samurai Champloo. It's one of those anime I've never finished when I originaly watched them, so now I'm making up for it. It's pretty cool so far, but I'm not feeling the greatness of Cowboy Beboop.

My obvious pick for this season is Kill la Kill, and second in line could be Kyousogiga if it goes somewhere good. I'm still at ep 1. The rest are:

3. Coppelion (2.5/5) - I like the background art and still hope that it will transit into something better than it is now.

4. Log Horizon (2.5/5) - it looks like a SAO spin off, but it's doing some things way better than SAO did. And narrative just feels 10 times more naturalin comparison.

5. Samurai Flamenco (2/5)- I don't know what to think of this yet, but episode 1 was so dull that it became hard to watch it after 10 minutes. I liked the music, though.

6. Diabolik Lovers (0.5/5) - it's maybe the worst anime I've ever saw, but me and DTAB club have a tendency of watching the shittiest of them all to please our inner masochists. It's basicaly a otome game adaptation... rape fest... doucheville... whatever.

I can totally agree, I have 2 episodes I need to watch... I hope they make up for the dullness. And I know this is a lot, but I do hope there'll be something that will top tooth brush induendo. C:

Watching anything interesting lately? Or current season?
