This is my review on Zoumotsujima aka Offal Island the Prequel to Kichikujima aka Freak Island. set years before the events of Kichikujima Zoumotsujima had a relative Small Cast compared to the main series with the only returning characters being Kaoru and mari who appear as  children,their father Yoshikazu,their mother Mariko glaccias who appeared in the end,and Hanakuro who had his normal appearnce before his mutated state. The series focuses on Alice a young idol who appeared on the Island with her group of Aida her ex boyfriend,her friend Olga,and her manager Shiraki. We are also indrotuced to Michiru a boy who became a monster and was Mari's first love before his death. Alice was stalked and used by the family cuz the son Kaoru thought she was their mother and alice subciosnly view Kaoru as a replacement of her unborn child she aborted cuz of Aida.

Basically Alice trys to survive but at the end becomes a mutant and went crazy. Alice herself does eventually shows up in the main series. I thought as a prequel to Kihchikujima I thoguht it was okay not perfect but fun side story for Alice when she shows up in the main series and explains most things.
