There is very little to say here. During the main series there are quite a few mini gags that take up a minute or three and that are not part of the current story. These specials are basically these mini gags that are found throughout the series. I have no idea why they didn't put these in the main series but there you go. If you liked the main series than you'll like these as well.

There is nothing for me to say here that I also didn't say in the review for the first season. This series basically picks up where that series left off and goes on in the same manner. If you liked the first season then you'll like this one as well

....There is a very good reason why nobody has posted a review here and that is because all 3 epsiodes of this OVA series are also to be found in the TV series. If you are interested in the TV series then watch this OVA. If you like it then get the TV series, other than that I can find no reason to possibly get this.
