Great Story revolving around both business ethics and professional ethics..
I've only seen a bit of Black Jack but this movie can be seen almost as a stand alone movie, the story starts by revolving around the skillfull unorthodox Black Jack and the euthanise-happy Kiriko however it goes into more than that, in a very smooth way it starts going through the philosophical sense of medicine, lovers and also the reality of the greediness of pharmaceutical companies...
Great animation, amazing soundtrack, a bit of character development, however the history was so disengaging.
So full of clichés and rip-offs from other series, as well as the way the story was shown it just made it boring to watch when it had every technical aspect to thrive.
there is a kinda o f intention to make it a nice & and inspirational but it doesn't make up for all that has been done before.
Sincerely thought that this anime had such a great premise.
However it envolved into a roundabout story about the same premise we know from the very begining.
This story is about a lot of forced drama circles (I've read a synopsis of the LN and it only gets worse) while maintaining the characters in a circle jerk because of the "mysteries"(wich some are pretty much a given) instead of having some character development.
The world in itself is also quite weak where the outside world only matter to the fact of naming kingdoms or appearing at the end( where the mysterious secretive... See full review
A semi survival story mixed in mistery and coming of age teens.
personally I thought that one of the weknesses of this anime are the clichês in both the characters and the story wich made me roll my eyes a lot and also that they didn't push for the survival mode making it so easy for them (even if that wasn't the goal of this story it could have been done better instead of embelishing it) ....
having said that in the end I couldn't stop watching it until the end, the conspiracy part of the story is quite well built, as is the evolution of the characters , even though it doesn't old back in... See full review
ANYONE WHO WANTS TO KNOW HOW TO WIN IN LIFE JUST WATCH EPISODE 7 FROM HALFWAY TO THE END.
This show starts quite nice giving some vibes of a noir investigation, but it just crumbles away as it goes on.haven't read the manga for me the story is just awful , while the animation and sound salvage it a bit if we maintain a open mind to the shitfuckery hapening all around.
Sincerely this show discusses some interesting topics but it just tries to overembelish ant to look how smart it is..
most of the action could have been milked into a decent story if it stayed in japan, the main characters are... See full review
One of the gratest stories but unfortunately someone decided to do just two half-assed episodes, it ends in a mix of a promotional video for the manga and a sudden cancellation.
the original story certainly deserved the animation in this 2 episodes everything just happens so fast that it seems rushed. on the technical part taking into account the year it was made it isn't that bad.
the story of a Super tsundere girl blessed with strange powers that she isn´t aware but can destroy the world.
It is a fun watch, specially since the MC voice actor is the same as Gin from gintama and has the same kind of monologues. however since this anime only covers 4 of the 11 volumes from the original story it stands out as unfinished when you get to the end.
The animation and sound were a really great work from KyoAni, however the characters only Haruhi gets any kind of progression and the 3 bench players are as bland as they come.
Storywise i give them my props for trying something... See full review
The conclusion to the third season, the animation and sound continues being top-notch, as we have Bifrost do a full onslaught to the police HQ, however the story continues being really shallow (almost as much as Shimotsuki character). We get to know a bit more about the mentalist boy, while nanobots do most of the fighting and also more thinking than almost all of the characters. The redeeming point are the final 10/15 min where sybyll decides for a change of pace for the future of the story.

It starts really slow and confusing but once it starts rolling it gets real good.
It depicts the story of some brilliant detectives solving crimes and capturing some serial killers, but it isn´t just that, actually what if the storywas barely about that?
The story is well built while not being outrageous, the characters are pretty one tracked as one can exect from a 13ep anime, the animation is quite good and the soundtrack is just amazing.
Entertaining watch, with a wild setup. Both the basis of the story and its conclusion are utterly groundless, but still it was quite well produced
See full reviewAt first it feels like a reupped version of black lagoon, but it just keeps on dissapointing. It tells the story of a mollyclodded rich girl who decided to play arms dealer. All the enemies were set to be way too beatable, the explanations were just so boring and the fight scenes just takes great levels of dumb when most of the fights of super elite soldiers are just done straight like 10 vs 10 men in the desertin a 20m radius. the last fight scene was great but unfortunately the conclusion was horrible. The sound is the best part of the sory.
See full reviewNice gundam story, with loads of action. the animation considering the year that this was done is also quite good as is the sound. In terms of the story we have the main characters of this universe Sayla, Amuro and a tiny bit of Char, as they go in the white base after Garma dies, however we see a lot of emotions that were just too rushed so it gets a bit wishy-washy with that. One good thing about the speed of the story and don´t giving the characters the chance to grieve is that it aproximates from real war like cenario however just that. It is a nice gundam but the Federadion is just... See full review
So much shounen that even boobs get bigger during the batles. Even though it is a interesting watch full of action and fanservice. it just takes everything up to 10000%
See full reviewReally great story, and with a completly different vibe from the movies, even though the story is "Complex" and at times it also gets quite philosophical it also has the "Stand Alone" where we get to see more of the Section 9 and other perspectives of the history. So from someone who had only watched the 2 movies before seeing this... I quite liked the story even though it starts kinda slow and without the appeal, but after chaper 6/8 it starts to build up momentum. The animation is quite good but taking in consideration the year when it was made, so expect some spooky CGI. The sound... See full review
This story takes place after a long and unexplained time skip, so almost everything is different. Now the main investigators, are a friends duo and almost all the enforcersare also new. So even though the plot isn´t all that bad is always like seeing a second season of a show when all the actors changed. The sound and animation still are a staple of this series, despite that the fighting scenes didn´t allure me as much as seeing kogami. The main antogonists this time even if a bit more reallisticaly built lacked a bit of punch in delivering. It is a passsable show, but the... See full review
